Item ID: G-RING

Detail description:

Long a required workout for gymnasts, suspension rings now are becoming more and more popular among CrossFit enthusiasts! The APOLLO ATHLETICS G-Rings are black in color, and made of textured, easy to grip high impact polycarbonate resin (to reduce slippage). The rings are very lightweight and yet still extremely strong, and are capable of supporting up to 1,000 lbs. They will resist wear and tear even after heavy use. You can DEVELOP the aesthetically pleasing physique of a gymnast, while strengthening your core, tendons, joints and accessory muscles!

The strap cam buckles are specially designed to adjust strap length within seconds, and the straps are a black high tensile strength nylon 1.5" wide and extra long (18') to accommodate handstand work. The straps and cam buckles are also rated at over 1000 lbs each, giving you an incredibly tough and versatile workout tool. Takes about 5 MINUTES to set up and adjust, providing a great home gym training opportunity!

Suspension training is a very mobile and versatile way to engage your muscles and core with exercises such as pullups, pushups, dips, rows, etc. especially for a functional and varied free range of movement. Use exercise rings for general fitness, and core strength building, anywhere where you have a sturdy overhead support, such as a training rack high bar, wooden cross beam or truss, goal post, wall mounted pull-up bar, etc.

THE PROPER WAY TO INSTALL THE STRAPS is to go from underneath the buckle and slide the straps in the same direction the arrow on the buckle is pointing to. Note where the arrow points on the buckle for proper installation. Proper installation will ensure that your straps will be secure and non slip!
